Chau is the youngest daughter of a third-generation family who owned the famous Hoa Binh boulangeries in Vietnam. Her mother, Diane Dang, is the legendary chef and owner of Brodard restaurant in Westminster. Her mother's delicious homemade cooking inspired the menu, which reflects the harmonious Yin & Yang of quality ingredients and refined execution for a healthy meal.
